So how does the new website for payroll deduction purchases work? It's simple.
The ENTIRE line of Cherokee, Cherokee Workwear, Baby Phat, Cherokee Studio, HQ Scrubs, Tooniforms, Rockers, AnyWears, ADC medical instruments (and more) inventory is available for immediate shipment.
There are RARELY ANY backorders. The site is linked to the Cherokee inventory system and only allows items that are currently IN STOCK to be ordered. Discontinued item are removed. Items currently out of stock are removed until they are back in stock.
Orders placed on www.deductmyscrubs.com will be delivered to the address indicated on the order via UPS or US Postal Service in 3 – 5 business days.
Once signed up, then simply follow the prompts during the checkout process utilizing Payroll Deduction as your payment method.
Exchanges will be handled through Scrubwagon's retail store in Winston-Salem (684 Hanes Mall Boulevard). Refunds will be available, but only after the amount of the refund has been received by Scrubwagon via payroll deduction (i.e. – Scrubwagon will issue the refund upon receipt of payment [but not before] rather than involve the payroll department to have them make an adjustment on the payroll amount). Bottom line is that refunds, ultimately, will be available for any ONLINE purchase.
The limit per employee for payroll deduction is $250. The minimum purchase for payroll deduction is $25.00. The number of pay periods per transaction will depend upon the size of the sale. NOTE FOR LMH Employees: If you make multiple purchases during the period in which deductions are being withdrawn from your check, then please understand that the Payroll Department may combine ALL deduction amounts. Should you go over the deduction amount available to you, then you are responsible for the overage amount at the time of the order. The site also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The guideline for payroll periods is as follows:
$25.00 to $49.99 - 1 pay period
$50.00 to $99.99 - 2 pay periods
$100.00 to $149.99 - 3 pay periods
$150.00 to $250.00 - 4 pay periods

How to return a product to us
At our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail.
Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
